Anyways, the whole point of the drama is about a basketball team, and the main character being really bad but good at the same time. There's a lot of random character development and stuff thrown in there too. Normally, you'd think that a sports movie would be pretty believable. This one's not. At all. Characters have mysteriosly learned to jump hundreds of feet high, fly, and also do crazy kung fu moves while screaming at each other and having flashbacks. It reminds you of kung fu... only with a basketball and hoop.
Overall, its an interesting watch, especially when characters use absurd moves and do crazy feats of basketball skillz. One negative side effect: We're doing a basketball unit in gym, and Justin has been trying to perfect his Regretless Flying Dragon Dunk. This involves jumping 10 feet high and doing crazy/unneseccarry hand motions in slow motion before an impressive final dunk. As of now, Justin doesn't seem to be making much progress. But hey, practice makes perfect! But please Justin, practice at your house.... not at gym. People may be injured.
NOTE: If a maker of Hotshot ever reads this, please put a DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME message before the show. It would make the world and my gym class a lot safer.
